The Public Safety and Critical Infrastructure Division (Division) has under consideration the above- captioned Withdrawal Request. 1 On October 21, 2003, the Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) filed a Petition for Reconsideration and Clarification. 2 On December 10, 2003, TMNA requested to withdraw its Reconsideration Petition. The Division grants TMNA’s Withdrawal Request and, therefore, dismisses its Reconsideration Petition. 2. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Section 4( i) of the Communications Act, as amended, 47 U. S.
