The Telecommunications Access Policy Division has under consideration a Request for Waiver filed by Ridgewood Public Schools, Ridgewood, New Jersey (Ridgewood). 1 Ridgewood seeks a deadline extension for a FCC Form 472 in Funding Year 2001 of the schools and libraries universal service mechanism. 2 Specifically, Ridgewood requests that the deadline be extended for Funding Request Number (FRN) 644434. 3 Upon our review of the record, however, we find that SLD approved Ridgewood’s request to extend the invoicing deadline for FRN 644434. 4 Accordingly, the Division dismisses Ridgewood’s Request for Waiver as moot. 1 Letter from Carole K.
