The Telecommunications Access Policy Division has under consideration a Request for Review filed by Miller District #210, Marseilles, Illinois (Miller District). 1 Miller District seeks a deadline extension for a FCC Form 472 in Funding Year 2001 of the schools and libraries universal service mechanism. 2 Specifically, Miller District requests that the deadline be extended for Funding Request Number (FRN) 761447. 3 Upon our review of the record, however, we find that SLD approved Miller District’s request to extend the invoicing deadline for FRN 761447. 4 Accordingly, the Division dismisses Miller District’s Request for Waiver as moot. 1 Letter from Jane M.
