A summary of the Further Notice is published in the Federal Register at 69 Fed. Reg. 29913 (May 26, 2004). Pursuant to sections 1.415 and 1.419 of the Commission’s rules, 2 interested parties may file comments on or before June 15, 2004, and reply comments on or before June 25, 2004.
