 INTERNATIONAL  BUREAU  POSTPONES  MYIBFS  SYSTEM  PUBLIC  MEETINGS  FOR  JANUARY  2004 


 The  International  Bureau  announces  the  postponement  of  the  MyIBFS  public  design  sessions  for  January  2004. 
 Due  to  the  significant  progress  achieved  during  the  first  two  series  of  public  design  meetings  held  in  December  2003,  the  International  Bureau  wishes  to  postpone  the  follow-up 
 public  sessions  in  January  2004,  in  order  to  complete  the  design  and  development  of  a  working  system  prototype.  The  prototype  will  enable  the  public  to  get  a  better 
 understanding  of  the  MyIBFS  system’s  features  and  functionalities  and  will  incorporate  as  many  of  the  public’s  suggestions  as  possible. 


 Therefore,  the  original  MyIBFS  public  meetings,  scheduled  for  January  13  and  14,  2004,  (see  DA-  03-  3842,  dated  December  1,  2003)  have  been  cancelled. 
 The  Bureau  will  issue  another  Public  Notice  announcing  the  next  public  sessions  as  soon  as  the  MyIBFS  prototype  is  operational.
