 NOTICE  OF  PUBLICATION  IN  THE  FEDERAL  REGISTER  AND 
 ANNOUNCEMENT  OF  EFFECTIVE  DATE  OF  THE 
 NEW  SCHEDULE  OF  CHARGES  FOR  APPLICATION  FEES 


 As  provided  in  the  Commission’s  Order  adopted  on  June  23,  2004,  and  released  June  25,  2004,  the  Schedule  of  Charges  for  Application  Fees  will  be  effective  30  days  after  publication  in  the 
 Federal  Register.  The  Schedule  of  Charges  was  published  in  the  Federal  Register  on  July  7,  2004.  The  Federal  Register  citation  is  69  FR  41130.  The  30  day  notification  period  will  end  on 
 August  6,  2004.  The  new  fee  rates  will  be  effective  August  10,  2004. 
 The  June  Application  Fee  Order  is  available  on  the  fees  website  at  www.  fcc.  gov/  fees.  Click  on  “Application  Processing  Fees”  there  is  a  link  to  the  June  23,  2004  Order,  and  a  subsequent  Public 


 Notice  dated  July  8,  2004. 
 The  2004  Fee  Filing  Guides  will  be  placed  on  the  website  at  the  same  address  as  above  on  or  before  July  20,  2004. 


 Another  Public  Notice  will  be  issued  as  we  get  closer  to  the  date  the  revised  Schedule  of  Charges  will  go  into  effect.
