 PETITION  FOR  EXEMPTION  FROM  COMMISSION’S  CLOSED  CAPTIONING  RULES  WITHDRAWN 
 CSR  5916 
 Pursuant  to  Section  79.1  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  America’s  Collectible  Network  (“  ACN”)  sought  an  exemption  from  the  closed  captioning  requirements.  On  August  2,  2004,  ACN  filed  a  request  to 
 withdraw  its  petition  indicating  that  it  now  will  be  able  to  provide  captioning  to  the  hearing  impaired.  Based  on  ACN’s  request  to  withdraw,  its  petition  is  dismissed  without  prejudice.
