 Deadline  for  Filing  FY  2004  Regulatory  Fees 
 This  is  a  reminder  that  the  deadline  for  filing  FY  2004  regulatory  fees  is  11:  59  pm  on  August  19,  2004.  Applications  received  after  this  time  and  date  will  be  considered  late  filed  and  will  be  subject  to  a  25%  penalty. 
 The  Commission’s  File  Filer  system  is  available  to  assist  you  with  any  last  minute  filings.  You  can  file  and  pay  on  line  with  a  credit  card,  and  avoid  having  to  courier  your  payment  to  the  Mellon  Bank  in  Pittsburg,  PA. 
 This  payment  method  is  available  up  to  11:  59  pm  on  the  last  day  of  the  window. 


 Entities  and  individuals  located  in  the  areas  impacted  by  the  effects  of  Hurricane  Charley  are  reminded  that  they  may  file  requests  for  waivers  of  any  late  penalty  due  to  the  effects  of  the  hurricane  on  power  outages,  closed 
 businesses  and  the  mail  system.  Supporting  documentation  must  accompany  your  waiver  request.  Normally  these  requests  must  be  filed  by  the  deadline  date  –  August  19,  2004,  however,  additional  consideration  will  be 
 given  due  to  extenuating  circumstances.
