Notifications will be sent to antenna structure owners who: submit an ASR application for a Modification (MD) or Administrative Update (AU) of an antenna structure registration; submit an application for an Amendment 1 (AM) or Withdrawal (WD) of an AU or MD application; associate an ASR tower registration with an FRN (FCC Registration Number); or change the association of an FRN and an ASR tower registration. Notifications will be sent to owners to confirm their request or application submission. The ASR homepage can be accessed at: http:// wireless. fcc. gov/ antenna. Notifications will be sent based on the availability of an address. The following order of preference will be used to automatically generate the notifications: 1. ASR owner email address 2. Commission Registration System (CORES) email address of the tower owner 3. ASR owner mailing address 4. Exceptions: For owners associating their FRN to an ASR tower registration for the first time, the ASR owner email address will be used. If no email address is available via ASR, the notification will be sent to the ASR owner mailing address. Additionally, for owners who change their FRN/ ASR tower registration association via CORES and have no ASR email address available, the CORES email address of the original FRN will be used. NOTE: Daily notifications will be sent for each submitted application of the type specified. A separate notification will be sent per ASR tower registration for each ASR application filing or FRN change/ association. However, two or more notifications destined for the same address on the same day will be consolidated into a single mailing.
