 1.  Before  the  Telecommunications  Access  Policy  Division  is  a  Request  for  Review  filed  by  Dutchess  County  Board  of  Cooperative  Educational  Services  (Dutchess  County  BOCES),  Poughkeepsie, 
 New  York,  seeking  review  of  a  decision  issued  by  the  Schools  and  Libraries  Division  (SLD)  of  the  Universal  Service  Administrative  Company  (Administrator).  1  Dutchess  County  BOCES  seeks  review  of 
 SLD’s  denial  of  Dutchess  County  BOCES’  request  to  receive  discounted  services.  2  However,  since  the  Request  for  Review  was  filed,  SLD  has  granted  the  relief  that  Dutchess  County  BOCES  is  seeking.  3 
 Dutchess  County  BOCES’  Request  for  Review  is  therefore  dismissed  as  moot.
