 I.  COST  ALLOCATION  MANUAL  REVISION 
 1.  In  this  public  notice,  we  seek  comment  on  the  Cost  Allocation  Manual  (CAM)  revision  filed  by  Verizon  on  August  3,  2004.  Verizon’s  revision  reflects  changes  associated 


 with  the  introduction  of  Fiber  Broadband  Facilities  Services  and  also  includes  certain  changes  associated  with  the  introduction  of  Operating,  Installation  and  Maintenance  services  provided  in 
 accordance  with  the  Commission’s  OI&  M  Order.  1 


 II.  PROCEDURAL  MATTERS 
 2.  This  matter  shall  be  treated  as  a  "permit-  but-  disclose"  proceeding  in  accordance  with  the  Commission's  ex  parte  rules.  2  Persons  making  oral  ex  parte  presentations  are  reminded 


 that  memoranda  summarizing  the  presentations  must  contain  summaries  of  the  substance  of  the  presentations  and  not  merely  a  listing  of  the  subjects  discussed.  More  than  a  one-  or  two-sentence
