 By  the  Associate  Chief,  Broadband  Division,  Wireless  Telecommunications  Bureau: 
 1.  This  Order  finds  that  it  is  in  the  public  interest  to  extend  the  time  for  the  filing  of  comments  and  reply  comments  on  the  Third  Notice  of  Proposed  Rulemaking  (“  NPRM”)  1  in  the  above-  captioned 
 proceeding.  Certain  comment  due  dates  contained  in  the  summary  of  the  NPRM  published  in  the  Federal  Register  2  are  inconsistent  with  comment  due  dates  contained  in  the  NPRM. 


 2.  ACCORDINGLY,  IT  IS  ORDERED,  pursuant  to  Section  4(  i)  of  the  Communications  Act  of  1934,  as  amended,  47  U.  S.  C.  §  154(  i),  and  section  0.331  of  the  Commission’s  Rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §  0.331, 
 that  the  time  for  filing  comments  on  all  issues  raised  in  the  NPRM,  including  Paperwork  Reduction  Act  issues,  IS  EXTENDED  to  [sixty  days  from  publication  of  this  Order  in  the  Federal  Register],  and  the  time 
 for  filing  reply  comments  IS  EXTENDED  to  [ninety  days  from  publication  of  this  Order  in  the  Federal  Register].
