 1.  The  Telecommunications  Access  Policy  Division  has  under  consideration  a  Request  for  Review  filed  by  Mackenzie  Hughes  LLP  on  behalf  of  Onondaga-  Cortland-  Madison  BOCES,  Syracuse, 
 New  York  (OCM  BOCES).  1  OCM  BOCES  seeks  Billed  Entity  Applicant  Reimbursement  (BEAR)  payment  assistance  for  Funding  Year  2000  of  the  schools  and  libraries  universal  service  mechanism.  2 
 Upon  our  review  of  the  record,  however,  we  find  that  SLD  approved  OCM  BOCES’s  request  for  BEAR  payment  assistance  for  Funding  Request  Numbers  471531,  471623,  480855.  3  Accordingly,  the  Division 
 dismisses  OCM  BOCES’s  Request  for  Review  as  moot.
