 I.  COST  ALLOCATION  MANUAL  REVISION 
 1.  In  this  public  notice,  we  extend  the  time  for  filing  comments  and  reply  comments  on  the  Cost  Allocation  Manual  (CAM)  revision  filed  July  23,  2004,  by  SBC 


 Telecommunications,  Inc.,  on  behalf  of  Ameritech,  Pacific  Bell,  Nevada  Bell,  and  Southwestern  Bell  Telephone  Companies  (SBC).  Additional  time  for  filing  comments  is  provided  because 
 copies  of  a  withdrawn  SBC  filing  dated  July  20,  2004,  were  issued  for  comment.  SBC’s  revision  reflects  changes  to  the  nonregulated  activities  and  transactions  with  affiliates  sections  of  the 
 CAM,  including  new  services  that  will  be  provided  to  its  advanced  services  affiliates  in  accordance  with  the  Commission’s  OI&  M  Order.  1 


 II.  PROCEDURAL  MATTERS 
 2.  This  matter  shall  be  treated  as  a  "permit-  but-  disclose"  proceeding  in  accordance  with  the  Commission's  ex  parte  rules.  2  Persons  making  oral  ex  parte  presentations  are  reminded 


 that  memoranda  summarizing  the  presentations  must  contain  summaries  of  the  substance  of  the
