 operating  on  the  3700-  4200,  5925-  6425,  10950-  11200,  11450-  11950,  12500-  12750  and  14000-  14500  MHz  frequency  bands,  from 
 the  1.0º  W.  L.  orbital  location  to  53.0º  W.  L.  orbital  location.  This  modification  became  effective  on  August  25,  2004.

 Intelsat  LLC's  request  for  special  temporary  authority  to  drift  the  INTELSAT  706  satellite  from  53.0º  W.  L  to  50.25º  E.  L.  and  remain 
 at  the  50.25º  E.  L.  location  on  a  non-  operational  basis  is  granted,  with  conditions.

 On  September  15,  2004,  EchoStar  Satellite  L.  L.  C.  filed  a  letter  relinquishing  its  Ka-  band  space  station  authorization  at  83º  W.  L. 
 EchoStar  had  been  authorized  to  operate  in  the  following  frequency  bands:  54850-  55350  MHz,  54250-  54750  MHz, 
 29500-  30000  MHz,  and  19700-  20200  MHz. 


 Accordingly,  the  frequencies  at  this  orbit  location  are  available  for  reassignment  effective  11:  00  AM  EST  on  the  day  this  public 
 notice  is  released.
