REQUEST FOR LIMITED MODIFICATION OF LATA BOUNDARIES IN VIRGINIA CC Docket No. 96- 159 Pleading Cycle Established Comments Due: February 19, 2004 Reply Comments Due: February 26, 2004 By this Public Notice, we seek comment on a petition filed by Verizon Virginia Inc. requesting modification of a local access and transport area (LATA) boundary to provide traditional local, non- optional, two- way expanded local calling service (ELCS) between the Verizon Virginia Inc. ’s Crows- Hematite Exchange in the Charleston, West Virginia LATA and NTELOS Network Inc. ’s Potts Creek Exchange in the Roanoke, Virginia LATA. 1 All of the affected exchanges are in Virginia. Interested parties may file comments concerning this request on or before February 19, 2004, and reply comments on or before February 26, 2004. All filings must reference CC Docket No. 96- 159.
