 LAUNCH  OF  THE  NEW  ELECTRONIC  INTERNATIONAL  SECTION  214  TRANSFER  OF  CONTROL/  ASSIGNMENT 
 APPLICATION  FORM  POSTPONED 
 The  International  Bureau  advises  the  public  that  the  launch  of  the  new  online  FCC  214  Transfer  of  Control  and  Assignment  Form,  originally  scheduled  to  become  effective  October  1,  2004,  has 
 been  postponed.  The  new  form  must  receive  Office  of  Management  and  Budget  approval  before  it  can  be  made  available  to  the  public  for  use.
