 for  Special  Temporary  Authority  (STA),  to  immediately  begin  drifting  the  INTELSAT  605  satellite  from  its  current  location  at  32.9º 
 E.  L.  to  178.0º  E.  L.  and  temporarily  stop  at  the  77º  W.  L.  orbital  location.  Accordingly,  Intelsat  is  authorized  to  operate  the 
 INTELSAT  605  (Call  Sign  S2394)  satellite's  Tracking,  Telemetry,  Command,  and  Monitoring  during  the  drift  to  the  178.0°  E.  L. 
 orbital  location  and  during  its  temporary  stop  at  77º  W.  L.,  for  the  period  of  October  22,  2004  until  December  21,  2004.  Grant  of  the
