 In  a  public  notice  released  on  October  18,  2004,  the  Federal  Communications  Commission  stated  that  it  would  respond  separately  to  an  application  for  review  and  a  motion  for  stay  of  Auction  No.  37  filed 
 by  the  Minority  Media  &  Telecommunication  Council  (MMTC)  on  July  12,  2004  and  July  19,  2004,  respectively.  1  By  letter  dated  October  19,  2004,  MMTC  withdrew  these  two  pleadings,  as  well  as  its 
 petition  for  clarification  in  MM  Docket  No.  97-  234,  filed  April  19,  2001,  and  its  motion  for  stay  in  MM  Docket  No.  95-  31,  filed  June  16,  2003.
