 In  this  Public  Notice,  the  Wireline  Competition  Bureau  announces  that  the  FCC  Form  471  filing  window  for  the  schools  and  libraries  universal  service  support  mechanism  for 
 Funding  Year  2004  will  open  at  12:  00  p.  m.  EST,  on  Tuesday,  December  14,  2004,  and  close  at  11:  59  p.  m.  EST,  Thursday,  February  17,  2005.  This  will  provide  a  65-  day  filing  window.  For 
 guidance  in  completing  this  form  you  can  access  the  SLD  web  site  at  www.  sl.  universal.  org.  Complete  program  information  is  also  available  by  contacting  the  SLD  Client  Service  Bureau
