The Telecommunications Access Policy Division has under consideration a Request for Waiver filed by Terra World, Inc., Independence, Kansas (Terra World). 1 Terra World seeks a deadline extension for a FCC Form 472 in Funding Year 2001 of the schools and libraries universal service mechanism. 2 Specifically, Terra World requests that the deadline be extended for Funding Request Number (FRN) 630532. 3 Upon our review of the record, however, we find that SLD approved Terra World’s request to extend the invoicing deadline for FRN 630532. 4 Accordingly, the Division dismisses Terra World’s Request for Waiver as moot. 1 Letter from Mike Hughey, Terra World, Inc., to Federal Communications Commission, filed May 30, 2003 (Request for Waiver).
