 THE  FEDERAL  COMMUNICATIONS  COMMISSION  EXTENDS  CURRENTLY  APPROVED  INFORMATION  COLLECTION  REQUIREMENTS  FOR  SECTION  68.5 


 On  November  12,  2004,  the  Office  of  Management  and  Budget  issued  a  Notice  of  Action  approving  the  Federal  Communications  Commission’s  request  for  an  extension  for  the 
 information  collection  requirements  contained  in  47  C.  F.  R.  Section  68.5  (application  for  waiver  of  hearing  aid  compatibility  requirements).  See  OMB  Control  No.  3060-  0422.  The  new 
 expiration  date  of  the  information  collection  requirements  contained  in  47  C.  F.  R  Section  68.5  is  November  30,  2007.
