The Audio Division has before it a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking 1 issued at the request of Bulldog Broadcasting, proposing the allotment of Channel 249A at Jackson, Wyoming as the community’s sixth local aural transmission service. No comments were filed in support of this proposal. 2 2. In view of the lack of an expression of interest in the allotment of Channel 249A at Jackson, Wyoming, we are dismissing the proposal. 3. IT IS ORDERED That the petition for rulemaking filed by Bulldog Broadcasting proposing the allotment of Channel 249A at Jackson Wyoming IS DISMISSED. 4. This document is not subject to the Congressional Review Act. Millcreek states that it is precluded from filing its counterproposal because of the freeze implemented on June 7, 2004, which prohibits the filing of any counterproposal involving an FM Auction No. 37 allotment. Millcreek Broadcasting did not specify the details of its counterproposal and Petitioner filed no comments in support of its proposal. 1
