Notifications will be sent to licensees who submit a ULS application regarding an existing license, associate a license with an FRN (FCC Registration Number), or change the association of an FRN and a license. Notifications will be sent to licensees as a confirmation of their request or application submission. No notification will be sent for an application submitted to the FCC via a Frequency Coordinator or filed on the Form 605 or Form 603- T. Notifications will be sent based on the availability of an address. The following order of preference will be used to automatically generate the notifications: 1. ULS licensee email address 2. Licensee’s Commission Registration System (CORES) email address 3. ULS licensee mailing address 4. Exceptions: For licensees associating their FRN to a call sign for the first time, the ULS licensee email address will be used. If no email address is available via ULS, the notification will be sent to the licensee mailing address. Additionally, for licensees who change their FRN/ call sign association within ULS and have no email address available, the CORES email address of the original FRN will be used. NOTE: Daily notifications for each call sign that is updated will be sent via ULS. A separate notification will be sent per call sign for each ULS application filing or FRN change/ association.
