 THE  NORTH  AMERICAN  NUMBERING  COUNCIL

 The  conference  call  meeting  of  the  North  American  Numbering  Council  (NANC)  previously  scheduled  for  Friday,  December  10,  2004  has  been  cancelled. 
 This  notice  of  the  cancellation  of  the  December  10,  2004  NANC  conference  call  meeting  is  being  published  in  the  Federal  Register  less  than  15  calendar  days  prior  to  the 
 previously  scheduled  conference  call  meeting  to  ensure  that  the  public  is  made  aware  of  the  federal  advisory  committee’s  cancellation  of  the  December  10,  2004  conference  call 
 meeting  as  soon  as  possible.  This  statement  complies  with  the  General  Services  Administration  Management  regulations  implementing  the  Federal  Advisory  Committee 
 Act.  See  41  CFR  Sec.  101-  6.1015(  b)(  2).
