March 17, 2003) (Third Order on Reconsideration). See OMB No. 3060- 0787. These information collection requirements relate to mandatory reporting requirements which apply to Local Exchange Carriers. See 47 CFR Sections 64.1120 (c)( 3)( iii), 64.1130( j), 64.1150( b), 64.1160( g), 64.1170( g), 64.1180 regarding the requirements concerning local exchange carrier verification of inbound carrier changes, and certifications to exempt carriers from the drop- off requirement. As stated in the Third Order on Reconsideration, the effective date of these approved rules is the date notice of the OMB approval is published in the Federal Register.
