Nov. 30, 2004) On November 30, 2004, the Commission released a public notice accepting for streamlined processing a domestic section 214 application involving the transfer of control of Infonet Telecommunications Corporation (“ ITC”) from Infonet Services Corp. (“ Infonet”) to BT Group plc (“ BT Group”) (collectively, the “Applicants”). 3 On December 14, 2004, the Applicants, along with the United States Department of Justice (“ DOJ”), including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“ FBI”) and on behalf of the United States Department of Homeland Security (“ DHS”) (collectively, the “Agencies”), filed with the Commission a joint petition to 1 47 C.
