 1.  On  December  4,  2003,  Midwest  Wireless  Wisconsin  L.  L.  C.  (Midwest)  filed  the  above-captioned  petition  seeking  Commission  agreement  with  the  decision  of  the  Wisconsin  Public  Service 
 Commission  to  redefine  the  service  areas  of  certain  rural  telephone  companies  in  the  state  of  Wisconsin.  1  On  February  18,  2004,  Midwest  submitted  a  request  to  withdraw  the  above-  captioned  petition.  2 


 2.  ACCORDINGLY,  IT  IS  ORDERED,  pursuant  to  the  authority  delegated  under  sections  0.91  and  0.291  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §§  0.91,  0.291,  that  the  request  to  withdraw  the 
 above-  captioned  petition  filed  by  Midwest  Wireless  Wisconsin  L.  L.  C  for  Commission  agreement  in  redefining  the  service  areas  of  rural  telephone  companies  in  the  state  of  Wisconsin  IS  GRANTED.
