The Public Safety and Critical Infrastructure Division (Division) has under consideration the above- captioned Motion. 1 On November 20, 2003, OnStar Corporation (OnStar) filed a Petition for Clarification. 2 On February 11, 2004, OnStar filed the Motion to Withdraw its Petition. The Division grants OnStar’s Withdrawal Motion and, therefore, dismisses its Petition. 2. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Section 4( i) of the Communications Act, as amended, 47 U. S.
