R. 2673, 1 on the Commission’s decision in the 2002 Biennial Regulatory Review Report and Order 2 to retain the 50% UHF discount applicable to the national TV ownership limit 3 and on pending petitions for reconsideration asking the Commission to eliminate the UHF discount. The Public Notice set deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 21 and 31 days after publication of the Public Notice in the Federal Register. On February 27, 2004, a summary of the Public Notice was published in the Federal Register (69 FR 9216). Accordingly, comments must be filed on or before March 19, 2004 and reply comments must be filed on or before March 29, 2004.
