Pursuant to a Media Bureau Public Notice, released January 9, 2004, comments in this proceeding were due on or before February 12, 2004 and reply comments on or before March 3, 2004. On February 26, 2004, AdiCorp filed a Motion for Extension of Time requesting a four- week extension until March 31, 2004 in order to file reply comments in the proceeding. AdiCorp stated that in light of the importance of the issues raised in the comments, it required additional time to conduct the research necessary to provide the Commission with a comprehensive response. AdiCorp’s Motion for Extension of Time to file reply comments on or before March 31, 2004 IS GRANTED. Reply comments may be filed using the Commission’s Electronic Comment Filing System (“ ECFS”) or by filing paper copies. See Electronic Filing of Documents in Rulemaking Proceedings, 63 Fed. Reg. 24121 (1998). Reply comments filed through the ECFS can be sent as an electronic file via the Internet to http:// www. fcc. gov/ cgb/ ecfs/. Generally, only one copy of an electronic submission must be filed. If multiple docket or rulemaking numbers appear in the caption of this proceeding, however, commenters must transmit one electronic copy of the comments to each docket or rulemaking number referenced in the caption.
