On March 8, 2001, BellSouth Corporation (BellSouth) filed a Petition for Reconsideration, seeking reconsideration of the Commission’s Third Report and Order on Reconsideration in the above referenced proceeding. 1 BellSouth specifically requested reconsideration of the Report and Order on the issue of converting an existing line sharing arrangement to a line splitting arrangement.
