Docket No. 89- 573) Comment Date: April 8, 2004 Reply Date: April 23, 2004 On November 25, 2003, Region 28 submitted a proposed amendment (Plan Amendment) to its Public Safety Plan that would revise the current channel allotments to reflect changes made as a result of Region 28 Filing Window 7. 1 The proposed Plan Amendment would modify the Region’s frequency allocation tables to include the new assignments as reflected in the attached Appendix 1. The Region 28 Filing Window 7 included applications for Atlantic County, New Jersey; Camden City, New Jersey; Chester County, Pennsylvania, and Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Region 28 has received letters of concurrence from each of its five adjacent regions, which include Region 8 (New York metropolitan area), Region 20 (Washington, D. C., Maryland and Northern Virginia), Region 30 (New York - Albany), Region 36 (Western Pennsylvania) and Region 55 (New York – Buffalo).
