 REQUEST  FOR  EXEMPTION  FROM  COMMISSION’S  CLOSED  CAPTIONING  RULES  CSR  6280 
 Evangelistic  Outreach  Ministries  has  filed  a  petition  for  exemption  from  the  closed  captioning  requirements,  pursuant  to  Section  79.1  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §  79.1.  Its  television 
 program  is  aired  on  the  Christian  Television  and  Sky  Angel  Networks  and  various  stations.  Petitioner  claims  that  compliance  would  impose  an  undue  burden,  as  defined  in  Section  79.1(  f)  of  the  Commission’s 
 rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §  79.1(  f). 
 Comments  and  oppositions  are  due  within  30  days  from  the  date  of  this  public  notice.  Petitioner’s  reply  is  due  20  days  thereafter.  Please  place  the  case  identifier,  CSR  6280,  on  all  filings.
