 INTERNATIONAL  BUREAU  TO  HOST  MYIBFS  LICENSING  SYSTEM  DEMONSTRATION 


 The  International  Bureau  is  pleased  to  announce  plans  to  host  demonstrations  of  the  new,  proposed  MyIBFS  system  home  page,  account  management  functionality,  and  interactive 
 312EZ  filing  process  for  satellite  earth  stations  to  be  held  on  March  25,  2004.  MyIBFS  will  ultimately  replace  the  existing  International  Bureau  Filing  System  (IBFS).  These  modules 
 comprise  Phase  1  of  the  IBFS  replacement  initiative. 
 The  design  and  functionality  of  these  MyIBFS  system  components  are  the  result  of  a  collaborative  effort  involving  members  of  the  public,  telecommunications  industry,  and  IB  staff 
 conducted  over  eight  public  design  sessions  held  in  December  2003. 
 The  demonstrations,  which  will  include  hands-  on  walkthroughs  of  the  modules,  will  be  held  at  the  FCC’s  headquarters  facility,  Portals  II,  located  at  445  12  th  St.,  SW,  Washington,  DC.  The 
 time  and  location  of  each  demonstration  is  identified  below.  Each  demonstration  will  cover  the  same  material.
