 1.  On  November  13,  2003,  Genuity  Telecom  Inc.  (Genuity)  filed  the  above-captioned  petition.  1  In  its  petition,  Genuity  sought  to  file  revisions  to  its  projections  of  first  and 
 second  quarter  2003  collected  end-  user  telecommunications  revenues  reported  on  the  FCC  Form  499-  Q  after  the  45-  day  revision  filing  deadline.  2  On  March  9,  2004,  Genuity  submitted  a  request 
 to  withdraw  the  above-  captioned  petition.  3  We  grant  the  request  to  withdraw  and  dismiss  the  petition. 


 2.  ACCORDINGLY,  IT  IS  ORDERED,  pursuant  to  the  authority  delegated  under  sections  0.91  and  0.291  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §§  0.91,  0.291,  that  the  request  to 
 withdraw  the  above-  captioned  petition  for  waiver  IS  GRANTED.
