 By  the  Assistant  Deputy  Division  Chief,  Telecommunications  Access  Policy  Division: 
 1.  On  November  21,  2003,  Bentleyville  Telephone  Company  (Bentleyville)  filed  the  above-  captioned  petition  for  waiver  of  section  52.23(  c)  of  the  Commission  rules.  Specifically, 
 Bentleyville  seeks  waiver  of  the  November  24,  2003  implementation  date  requiring  Bentleyville  to  support  wireline-  to-  wireless  number  portability.  1  On  January  8,  2004,  Bentleyville  submitted 
 a  request  to  withdraw  the  above-  captioned  petition.  2  We  grant  the  request  to  withdraw  and  dismiss  the  petition. 


 2.  ACCORDINGLY,  IT  IS  ORDERED,  pursuant  to  the  authority  delegated  under  sections  0.91  and  0.291  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §§  0.91,  0.291,  that  the  request  to 
 withdraw  the  above-  captioned  petition  for  waiver  of  section  52.23(  c)  of  the  Commission’s  rules  IS  GRANTED.
