On November 21, 2003, Bentleyville Telephone Company (Bentleyville) filed the above- captioned petition for waiver of section 52.23( c) of the Commission rules. Specifically, Bentleyville seeks waiver of the November 24, 2003 implementation date requiring Bentleyville to support wireline- to- wireless number portability. 1 On January 8, 2004, Bentleyville submitted a request to withdraw the above- captioned petition. 2 We grant the request to withdraw and dismiss the petition. 2.
