C. filed a letter surrending its authorization to construct, launch, and operate a Ku- band FSS satellite at 83 degrees W. L. (see letter from Counsel, EchoStar Satellite, L. L. C. to Secretary, Federal Communications Commission (March 15, 2004)). EchoStar was authorized to operate its satellite at the 83 degrees W. L. orbit location in the 11700- 12200 MHz and 14000- 14500 MHz frequency bands. EchoStar Satellite L. L. C. has surrendered voluntarily the license for this facility. Accordingly, this orbit location is available - as of 11: 00 AM EST on the day this public notice is released. S2417 SAT- STA- 20040107- 00002 DIRECTV ENTERPRISES, LLC On February, 26, 2004, Pegasus Development Corporation filed a motion to designate DIRECTV Enterpises, LLC's application, File No. SAT- STA- 20040107- 00002, as "permit- but- disclose" under the Commission's ex parte rules. The Bureau concludes that the public interest will be served by designating File No. SAT- STA- 20040107- 00002 as "permit- but- disclose" in order to facilitate comment on the issues implicated by this application.
