(“ Leo One”). 1 The Division found that Leo One did not meet system implementation milestones set forth in its non- voice, non- geostationary satellite system license. 2 The Order recognized that Leo One voluntarily submitted its license for cancellation. Thus, the spectrum licensed to Leo One is now available to new applicants. New applications for this spectrum will be processed under the first- come, first- served procedure described in the Commission’s First Space Station Reform Order. 3 Interested parties may now apply for the System 1 spectrum, as that spectrum is described in the Amendment of Part 25 of the Commission’s Rules to Establish Rules and Policies Pertaining to the Second Processing Round of the Non- Voice, Non- Geostationary Mobile Satellite Service, Report and Order. 4 For more information, contact Mark Young (Mark.
