 The  application  listed  in  this  notice  has  been  granted  pursuant  to  the  Commission’s  streamlined  procedures  for  domestic  section  214  transfer  of  control  applications.  1  The  Wireline 


 Competition  Bureau  has  determined  that  grant  of  this  application  serves  the  public  interest.  2  For  purposes  of  computation  of  time  for  filing  a  petition  for  reconsideration  or  application  for 
 review,  or  for  judicial  review  of  the  Commission’s  decision,  the  date  of  “public  notice”  shall  be  the  release  date  of  this  notice.  3 


 Domestic  Section  214  Application  Filed  for  Assignment  of  Assets  of  IDS  Telcom,  LLC  to  IDS  Telcom  Corp.,  WC  Docket  No.  05-  70,  Public  Notice,  DA  05-  532  (rel.  Mar.  1, 
 2005). 
 Effective  Date  of  Grant:  4/  1/  05 
 On  March  1,  2005,  the  Wireline  Competition  Bureau  issued  a  public  notice  seeking  comment  on  the  transfer  of  all  of  the  assets  of  IDS  Telcom,  LLC  (“  Old  IDS”)  to  IDS  Telcom 
 Corp.  (“  New  IDS”). 
 The  Commission  received  one  comment  in  opposition  to  the  proposed  assignment  of  assets.  4  This  comment  in  opposition  was  subsequently  withdrawn.  After  careful  consideration 
 of  the  record  in  this  proceeding,  we  are  satisfied  that  the  proposed  transaction  is  in  the  public
