C. 20554 DA 05- 1113 April 21, 2005 WIRELESS TELECOMUNICATIONS BUREAU ACTION REGION 30 (NEW YORK - ALBANY) 700 MHz REGIONAL PLANNING COMMITTEE ANNOUNCES EIGHTH MEETING The Region 30 (New York - Albany) 700 MHz Public Safety Regional Planning Committee announces that its seventh meeting will be held on Friday, May 20, 2005, in the Lewis County DSS Building, 5274 Outer Stowe Street, Lowville, New York. Region 30 encompasses an area defined by the following 31 Counties of New York State: Albany, Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Clinton, Columbia, Cortland, Delaware, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Green, Hamilton, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Montgomery, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Otsego, Rensselaer, St. Lawrence, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Tioga, Tompkins, Warren, and Washington. The Region 30 meeting will convene at 10: 00 a. m. The agenda for this meeting includes: 1. Review and Approve Meeting Agenda 2. New Business 7. Schedule Next Meeting All eligible public safety providers whose sole purpose is to protect the safety of life, health, or property in Region 30 would utilize these frequencies. It is essential that not only public safety, but all government, Native American Tribal, and non- governmental organizations eligible under Section 90.523 of the Commission’s Rules be represented in order to ensure that each agency’s future spectrum needs are considered in the allocation process.
