Century Communications Corporation d/ b/ a Yuma Cablevision (“ Century”), filed an Application for Review on January 27, 1997, of a Memorandum Opinion and Order, (“ MO& O”) of the Commission adopted upon reconsideration of an earlier order which addressed an appeal by Century of a local rate order issued by the City of Yuma, Arizona. See Century Communications Corporation, d/ b/ a Yuma Cablevision, 11 FCC Rcd 17,432 (CSB 1996). The MO& O granted the City of Yuma’s petition for reconsideration regarding bulk rates Century charged subscribers living in multiple dwelling units in Yuma. 2. On April 7, 2005, Adelphia Communications (“ Adelphia), on behalf of its affiliates, filed a Motion to Withdraw Application for Review submitted by its predecessor, Century. Adelphia states that it now intends to comply with the terms of the contested local rate order issued by the City of Yuma and that there is no longer any need to burden the Commission with a review and resolution of the issues raised in Century’s Application for Review. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw Application for Review filed by Adelphia Communications IS GRANTED and the Application for Review filed on Jan 27, 1997 IS DISMISSED. 4.
