 The  Wireline  Competition  Bureau  (Bureau)  has  appointed  Regina  Brown,  staff  attorney,  Telecommunication  Access  Policy  Division  (TAPD),  to  serve  as  the  Designated  Federal  Officer 
 (DFO)  to  the  Federal  Communications  Commission’s  federal  advisory  committee,  the  North  American  Numbering  Council  (NANC).  Ms.  Brown  replaces  Sanford  Williams,  staff  attorney, 
 TAPD,  who  served  as  the  DFO  from  May  2002  through  May  2005. 
 The  Bureau  also  announces  the  appointment  of  Marilyn  Jones,  staff  attorney,  TAPD,  as  the  Alternate  DFO  (ADFO).  Ms.  Jones  replaces  Pam  Slipakoff,  staff  attorney,  TAPD,  who 
 served  as  the  ADFO  from  May  2002  through  May  2005.
