The Missouri PSC seeks delegated authority to implement mandatory thousands-block number pooling in the 417, 573, 636 and 660 NPAs for the State of Missouri. Specifically, the petitions request that the Commission expand the scope of the Missouri PSC’s 2 and Michigan PSC’s 3 delegated authority to include implementation of thousands- block number pooling in the 989 NPA for the State of Michigan and 417, 573, 636 and 660 NPAs for the State of Missouri in rate centers located outside the nation’s top 100 metropolitan statistical areas, where two or more carriers have numbering resources. 4 We invite comment on the Petitions for Limited Waiver.
