Apr. 8, 2005) On April 8, 2005, the Commission released a public notice accepting for streamlined processing a domestic section 214 application involving Pymatuning Holding Company, Inc., PITC Acquisition Sub Inc., the transferee, and The Pymatuning Independent Telephone Company, the transferor (collectively the “Applicants”). Specifically, the Applicants request approval to transfer control of The Pymatuning Independent Telephone Company to Pymatuning Holding Company, Inc. 3 On April 21, 2005, the Department of Justice (“ DOJ”), including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“ FBI”), with the concurrence of the Department of Homeland Security (“ DHS”) (collectively, the “Executive Branch Agencies”) filed with the Commission a 1 47 C.
