 On  April  13,  2005,  WRPI-  FM  filed  the  above-  captioned  application  to  register  a  C-  Band  Receive-  Only  Earth  Station.  For  the  reasons  discussed  below,  we  dismiss  the  application  as 
 defective,  without  prejudice  to  refiling.  1 
 A  review  of  the  application  has  revealed  that  you  did  not  submit  the  Frequency  Coordination  and  Interference  Analysis  Report.  Also,  you  did  not  submit  required  information  on  FCC  Form  312  – 
 Schedule  B. 
 Accordingly,  pursuant  to  Section  25.112(  a)(  1)  2  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  we  dismiss  your  application  as  defective  without  prejudice  to  refiling.
