 On  April  15,  2005,  Progressive  Rural  Telephone  Cooperative,  Inc.,  filed  by  paper  a  C-Band  Receive-  Only  Earth  Station  Registration  application.  For  reasons  discussed  below,  we 
 dismiss  the  application  as  defective,  without  prejudice  to  refiling.  1 
 A  review  of  the  application  has  revealed  the  submitted  Frequency  Coordination  and  Interference  Analysis  Report  is  dated  September  2004.  Section  25.115(  C)(  iii)  2  of  the  Commission’s  rules 
 requires  re-  coordination  if  the  Schedule  B  is  not  filed  within  six  months.  In  addition,  as  of  November  5,  2004,  all  filings  on  Form  312  must  be  submitted  electronically  through  IBFS.  3 


 Accordingly,  pursuant  to  Section  25.112(  a)(  1)  4  of  the  Commission’s  Rules,  we  dismiss  your  application,  without  prejudice.
