 On  April  11,  2005,  Cambridge  Communication  Systems,  Inc.  filed  a  request  for  Special  Temporary  Authority.  For  the  reasons  discussed  below,  we  dismiss  the  application  as  defective, 
 without  prejudice  to  refiling.  1 
 A  review  of  the  application  reveals  that  you  did  not  submit  the  full  technical  information,  similar  to  the  information  which  is  filed  in  Schedule  B,  for  the  Earth  Station  as  required  by  Section 
 25.120(  a)  of  the  Commission’s  rules.  Therefore,  your  application  is  incomplete. 
 Accordingly,  pursuant  to  Section  25.112(  a)(  1)  2  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  we  dismiss  your  application  as  defective  without  prejudice.
