C. 20554 Internet: http:// www. fcc. gov ftp. fcc. gov DA 05- 135 January 21, 2005 Lifting of Auction No. 37 Freeze for Certain Rulemaking Filings On June 7, 2004, the Media Bureau released a Public Notice announcing an immediate freeze on the filing of petitions to amend the FM Table of Allotments and counterproposals that proposed a change in channel, class, or reference coordinates for any of the vacant non- reserved band FM allotments scheduled for Auction No. 37. 1 On November 23, 2004, the Commission completed Auction No. 37. 2 The deadline for filing FCC Form 301 applications, Application for Construction Permit for Commercial Broadcast Station, by Auction No. 37 winning bidders was January 3, 2005. Accordingly, by this Public Notice, effective immediately, the Media Bureau announces the lifting of the petition for rulemaking freeze. Any petition or counterproposal proposing a change to an Auction No. 37 FM allotment was dismissed. See 47 C. F. R. § 1. 401( e).
