INFORMATIVE S2663 SAT- LOA- 20050214- 00038 SkyTerra Communications, Inc. On May 23, 2005, SkyTerra Communications, Inc. submitted a three million dollar performance bond, payable to the U. S. treasury, in conformance with this condition in its space station license. At the same time, SkyTerra filed an application for modification of its license. See File No. SAT- MOD- 20050523- 00106. S2664 SAT- LOA- 20050216- 00040 SkyTerra Communications, Inc. SkyTerra Communications, Inc. did not submit a three million dollar performance bond for this license. Therefore, this authorization is null and void pursuant to condition 2( e) of the Grant Stamp Authorization (grant date April 19, 2005; Public Notice, Report No. SAT- 00287 (released April 22, 2005)). SkyTerra has filed an application for modification of its license to change from two co- located satellites (see File No. SAT- LOA- 20050214- 00038) to one satellite.
